Free API from DVLA gives live MOT & road tax expiry dates. Sign up at driver-vehicle-licensing.api.gov.uk — you get an API key. Currently using manual entry.

Open Banking — Auto Reconciliation SETUP NEEDED

Auto-detect incoming rent transfers by reference, mark bookings as paid automatically. Use TrueLayer (~£30/mo) or GoCardless for direct debit collection. Currently using manual reconciliation.

SMS / WhatsApp Reminders SETUP NEEDED

Reminders currently log to the notification table. To send real SMS/WhatsApp, connect Twilio (£0.04/SMS) or WhatsApp Business API. Email reminders work if you connect Resend.
